AI product content
Descriptions, SEO titles, meta descriptions, alt text and translations at catalog scale, in your brand voice, with a review queue.

AI automation for eCommerce uses large language models and workflow tools to handle repetitive store operations, such as product content, customer support, merchandising and reporting, with a human in the loop. FleekApps designs and builds AI automations that connect to your Shopify data and the tools you already use, the same way we built AI into FunctionFlow AI and SmartSort AI.

Descriptions, SEO titles, meta descriptions, alt text and translations at catalog scale, in your brand voice, with a review queue.
AI agents that answer order status, returns and product questions from your real Shopify data, and hand off to your team when needed.
Collection sorting, product tagging and recommendations driven by sales and engagement data, powered by SmartSort AI.
Shopify Flow plus custom workers for fraud tagging, inventory alerts, order routing and supplier updates.
Ask questions about sales, products and customers in plain English and get answers grounded in your store data.
Prompt-to-action features for internal tools and custom apps, like FunctionFlow AI’s plain-English rule generator.

Thousands of SKUs and not enough hours to write, tag and merchandise them all.
Support volume that grows faster than your team, especially around peak season.
Manual copy-paste between Shopify, spreadsheets and suppliers that should run on its own.
03
We learn your store, numbers, stack and goals, then agree what success looks like and how we will measure it.
Flows, interfaces and architecture, reviewed with you before a line of production code is written.
Short cycles with working previews on a development store, so you see progress every week.
QA on real devices and real checkouts, a rollout plan, and monitoring from day one.
We measure the result, then iterate: experiments, automations and new features on a monthly rhythm.

The most reliable wins are product content (descriptions, SEO metadata, alt text, translations), customer support for order status and returns, product tagging and merchandising, and internal reporting. Anything repetitive, rules-based and backed by store data is a good candidate.
Only if you want it to. We design automations with a human in the loop by default: AI drafts, your team approves, and every change is logged so it can be reverted.
We pick the model per task, typically Anthropic Claude or OpenAI models, and keep the integration model-agnostic so you can switch as models improve or prices change.
We only request the Shopify scopes an automation needs, keep personal data out of prompts wherever possible, and use providers and settings that do not train on your data.
