ERP integration
Orders, inventory, pricing and customers synced with NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Business One, Odoo and others.
Service 05
Enterprise integrations connect Shopify to the systems that run the rest of your business, such as ERP, PIM, OMS, WMS, CRM and accounting, so products, orders, inventory and customers stay in sync. FleekApps designs and builds reliable, monitored integrations using Shopify’s Admin GraphQL API, webhooks and bulk operations.
01
Orders, inventory, pricing and customers synced with NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Business One, Odoo and others.
Product data, media and translations flowing from Akeneo, Salsify or Plytix into Shopify, including metafields and metaobjects.
Order routing, fulfillment, tracking and returns connected to your warehouse and logistics partners.
Customer and order data in HubSpot, Salesforce or Klaviyo for segmentation, lifecycle and B2B sales.
Celigo, Make or n8n when they fit; custom services when volume, logic or cost need it.
Idempotent syncs, retries, rate-limit handling, alerting and dashboards, so failures are caught before customers notice.
02
Your source of truth lives outside Shopify and the sync is fragile or manual.
Product data from a PIM that has to land in Shopify accurately and fast.
Stores, warehouses, marketplaces and wholesale all touching the same inventory.
03
We learn your store, numbers, stack and goals, then agree what success looks like and how we will measure it.
Flows, interfaces and architecture, reviewed with you before a line of production code is written.
Short cycles with working previews on a development store, so you see progress every week.
QA on real devices and real checkouts, a rollout plan, and monitoring from day one.
We measure the result, then iterate: experiments, automations and new features on a monthly rhythm.

05
Any system with an API, file export or database we can reach: ERPs such as NetSuite, Dynamics 365, SAP Business One and Odoo, PIMs such as Akeneo and Salsify, WMS and 3PL platforms, CRMs and accounting tools.
Middleware such as Celigo or Make is quicker to start and fine for standard flows. A custom service is better when you have high volume, complex business rules or want to avoid per-transaction fees. We recommend one after mapping your data flows.
Syncs are idempotent and retried with backoff, respect Shopify’s rate limits, use bulk operations for large jobs, and report failures to an alert channel with enough context to fix them.
Yes. We start with an audit of the current flows and failure points, then stabilize or rebuild the parts that cause problems.
